Our Story

euconvest was founded in 2019 in Ottobrunn, near Munich, to channel over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private banking into supporting family offices and their portfolio companies. Our initial focus was on structured finance in the areas of M&A, real estate, and regulatory support for financial platforms. In 2020, euconvest expanded into the space sector with the aim of supporting space companies on their path to commercialization. As a founding member of the Space Cooperative Europe SCE, euconvest assumed key roles in ESA projects and played a leading part in establishing the ESA BSGN Industry Accelerator AgriFood. In this capacity, we support companies engaged in commercial space research in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). In 2025, euconvest launched its dedicated Space Team – a multidisciplinary group of experts in finance, communication, and design. The team delivers tailor-made solutions for companies and actively contributes its expertise to the political and strategic advancement of innovation in the space economy and beyond.
